The Virgil Abloh x Louis Vuitton LV Trainer is a high-fashion sneaker designed by the Off-White founder for Louis Vuitton. Released after Abloh became the men’s artistic director of Louis Vuitton, the sneaker features an extra high-top design inspired by 1980s basketball shoes, namely models by the brand Avia. It is constructed in a premium quality leather in black and grey tones with white detailing. Gold foil Louis Vuitton branding is found on the midfoot, while a touch of red is added to the rubber outsole.
